The SkyMax Star is a perfect machine for both beginners and experienced pilots alike. It has achieved one of the lowest weights in its class without compromising on frame strength or stiffness. It is a robust paramotor that comes loaded with features and yet it’s simple, elegant and refined. It has exactly everything a paramotor needs to have and nothing else.
The main frame is constructed using a truss design out of aircraft grade aluminum. This is the only paramotor to utilize this design. The core frame is very stiff and strong but uses minimal materials to achieve that strength. It is also easy and affordable to service. The cage is split into two halves, each of which can be replaced but even individual panels can be replaced within the two sections. All connectors are removable and can be purchased separately.

Inadequate torque compensation plagues many other paramotor models and can make flying uncomfortable and even dangerous. The Star features advanced torque compensation which is adjustable for individual pilot’s needs. The tubular swing arms have an extreme compound bend on both sides to work against the engine’s rotation to allow the unit to fly straight under power. The swing arms are attached to a cross bar which can be adjusted left/right used to further adjust this effect for different pilot weights and flying styles.
